Our medicines management system is a revolutionary service that allows the ships medical officer and shore based purchasing departments to monitor on board stock levels, expiry dates and batch numbers of every medicine.  Trigger points are set to show when medical supplies are getting close to expiry and require replenishment or have been dispensed.  Replacement stock requests are created and sent to the shore based purchasing department for authorization.  This in turn is confirmed as an order and processed by Universal ready for dispatch to the next preferred port of call.
